Special Note

This is a build of IntraWeb 10 to test some specific bug fixes. IntraWeb 10 is moving toward stabilization, but we still have some bugs to fix, most of them because of Unicode.

We fixed a lot of things in the C++ Builder area and we are near of very near of Zero problems, but we still need some feedback from users.

What am I testing?

In this test release, we need feedback in the bug list below:
